The Women’s Ministry is hosting this event. Money raised will be used to help fund mission focused activities and present fellowship and Christian growth opportunities for women.


 

 


 

 

  • For contributions to be recorded in the office they must be turned in using an offering envelop with the name of the giver and amount included written clearly on the outside.

  • If you are giving for the first time or have moved please include an address.

  • If you have a change of address please indicate it on your “connection card”. You may also email it to secretary@HPClife.com.


 

Cancellation Policy

 

When extreme weather, hazardous road conditions, or unusual situations make it necessary to cancel church services we will abide by the following policy: in the case of Sunday morning we will try to make a decision by 10 pm Saturday night; or no later than 7 am Sunday morning; for a Wednesday service by noon but no later than one hour before the service. Cancellation will be communicated via the following:

  1. As soon as possible a notification will be sent to those who receive regular church emails; and a notice of cancellation will be added to the HPC website.

  2. When possible, local media will be asked to make a public service announcement and to add us to their list of closings. (Typically News talk 101.5 FM radio and WBBJ Channel 7 TV.)

  3. Facebook and other social media sites also prove useful in getting the word out.

In all cases, please use your personal discretion to determine if it is safe for you to leave your home and travel to church. If you don’t feel safe, don’t feel obligated to make the trip!
